I have completed additional training such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) whilst working as part of a multi-disciplinary team within a drug/alcohol and mental health local authority setting.

I have supported people professionally in a multitude of situations and from varying backgrounds to make very difficult decisions with implications that can last a lifetime, with birth and death, loss and separation, histories of abuse, neglect, trauma, domestic abuse plus many other forms of suffering and sorrow, and the plethora of ways these manifest in our current lives; and I have overcome personal experiences of these too.

As an Integrative, Pluralistic Therapist I have a variety of complementary tools and modalities I can customise dependent on your presentation and needs. However, primarily I utilise my knowledge and understanding of Trauma, Attachment Theory, Inner Child work, Somatic felt sense (sensations and feelings and how these hold the trauma trapped in the body), the connections between the brain, body and gut, experiential and artful play, imagery, and over 25 years training in and practice of Buddhism and Mindfulness; these are incorporated to offer a holistic based practice.
