I have completed additional training such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) whilst working as part of a multi-disciplinary team within a drug/alcohol and mental health local authority setting.

I have supported people professionally in a multitude of situations and from varying backgrounds to make very difficult decisions with implications that can last a lifetime, with birth and death, loss and separation, with histories of abuse, neglect, trauma, domestic abuse plus many other forms of suffering and sorrow, and the plethora of ways these manifest in our current lives; and I have overcome personal experiences of these too.

As an Integrative Therapist I have a variety of complementary tools and modalities I can customise dependent on your presentation and needs. However, primarily I utilise my knowledge and understanding of Trauma, Attachment Theory, Inner Child work, Parts work, Somatic Felt Sense (bodily sensations and emotions that arise in response to a particular situation or experience), the connections between the brain, body and gut, sand tray, imagery, and over 25 years training in and practice of Mindfulness and Buddhism; incorporated to offer a holistic practice.
