Therapeutic Walking
Walking and talking is such an ordinary thing to do. It feels so natural and less anxiety provoking than can be felt sitting in a room face-to-face. Moving the body whilst also looking at an expansive view is also helpful in a multitude of ways to the mind, body and Spirit.
I have found that this mode of meeting, can support those who wish to discuss current difficulties that are not requiring the container provided by a room setting. For example, often we can find ourselves grappling with a difficult decision, at a time of transition, feeling vulnerable regarding the levels of uncertainty and divisiveness in the world, encountering a relationship breakdown, or problems at work - these are a few of the areas where we may benefit from some independent, unbiased and confidential support where we can speak our truth, speak our fears, unpick and clarify our thoughts and feelings - therapeutic walking offers a great environment to do this.
This service can include walks near the sea or in a park, in and around Hastings and Bexhill. The walks will usually be an hour long and where possible can be in a landscape of your choosing.
Therapeutic walks can be offered in addition to my core working hours. Please contact for more details and to discuss your particular requirements.
